Basic usage


The Gonexa App brings together all the important information and features, simplifying the steps of configuration, installation, and deployment.

Invite users

This first step will guide you in creating an account on the App.

Prerequisites

BEFORE STARTING
  • Have already created an App account
  • Have an Owner profile in the App

Invite users to the App account

You can invite users so that they can also use the App, for example by connecting environments, doing deployments.

  • Go to the “Profile & Users” tab
  • Click on the “New User” button
  • Enter the first name, last name, email address and a username
  • Choose the type of profile to assign to this user:
    Limited : allows the user to connect environments, deploy, and open support tickets
    Owner : in addition to the rights of a Limited user, this role allows access to invoices, and to manage users
  • An email is then sent to the invited person to verify their email address and create a password.
