Error description

After the generation of a document, the Gonexa tag is not replaced during generation or returns an empty space. The element is not identified in the merged fields of the document template.

Solutions

Unidentified tag: created or modified by hand

• The tag is not a string that starts strictly with {! and ending with}. It is therefore not identified in the merge fields of the document template.
• Please refer to the wizard and check the construction of the tag according to the following nomenclature {! Tag | API name}
