Error description

After the generation of a document, the elements contained (paragraph, table row, etc.) intersect between two pages. How do I split items between them?

Solutions

“Solidarity paragraphs” feature not activated

• Activate the Word feature by selecting the parts to be split between them, right click > paragraphs... (or Option + Command + M) > Chaining > Check solidarity paragraphs and lines and activate
• Verify the activation of the solidarity paragraphs by activating the layout marks. A black square should appear in front of the interrelated lines and paragraphs.

Solidification of a complete page

• The feature should be applied to relatively short rows of tables or paragraphs. Several complete pages cannot be joined together. Please, then, select smaller areas

Limits

• The feature is not available on Word Online, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF.
• This option is limited to a few paragraphs, since when applied to your entire document, it can generate a lot of blank spaces.
