Creating RF creation flows

• Add the flow and action items box: Validate multiple tax receipts
• Name an API label and name
• Choice 1: List of identifiers
• Choice 2: List of recordings
• Enter the ids collection variable.
• Save and activate

• From the configuration, access your main object
• From the associated List tab, drop the created action

To go further...

Select tax receipts to cancel from a list view. The limit for simultaneous cancellations is 200 records.

• From standard Salesforce flows, and after creating the process you want. Add a Cancel multiple tax receipt action box
• Fill in the following apex action values:
  
  Reason: Add a text variable that fills in the reason for the cancellation.
  Choice 1: list of tax receipt identifiers: fill in the collection-type variables.
  Choice 2 : list of tax receipts. Fill in the recordID field with a collection variable strictly called “ids” which will retrieve the IDs of the records you want to cancel.
  Clone tax receipt: include this feature to allow the cancelled receipt to be cloned
• Check the box: start a new transaction.
• Save and activate
