# Generate, send and validate the entered data

Once the document has been generated, it can be sent for signature via the standard component or via a flow.

When signing the document, the signer is asked to fill in the requested information and sign the document.

From the recipient object, you will find the "Data update" component, which displays the information entered at the time of signing and lets the sender accept or archive the changes.

**Warning**

Remember to drag and drop the Gonexa - Listing Recipients custom Lightning component onto the page of the context object, so you have quick access to the entered data and can validate the synchronization quickly.

From the signer, you can:

## Accept

* Accept changes in bulk by selecting the rows with the checkboxes, then clicking the "Accept change" button. This action updates the data in the designated fields of the designated objects with the "New Value" values on the rows
* Accept a change individually by using the arrow on the required row and clicking the "Accept modification" action. This action updates the data in the designated field of the designated object with the "New Value" on the row

## Archive

* Archive changes in bulk by selecting the rows with the checkboxes, then clicking the "Archive selection" button. This action sets the designated rows to the "Archived" status
* Archive a change individually by using the arrow on the required row and clicking the "Archive" action. This action sets the designated row to the "Archived" status

## Reset

* Reset a change by using the arrow on the required row and clicking the "Reinit" action. This action is only available if the row has the "Updated \[Manual]" or "Updated \[Auto]" status. It updates the data in the designated field of the designated object with the "Old Value" on the row, which is the value the field contained before the update

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://university.gonexa.fr/sign/en/advanced-features/interactions-and-fields/generate-send-validate-data.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
