# Create an App account

## Create your account on L'App Gonexa \[Portal]

This step is essential for generating your documents and also for unlocking many features. Please refer to [the dedicated article.](/app/en/using-the-app/create-app-account.md)

* Click "Log in to the App"
* Click "Register" for a first login

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Warning**

1 App account = 1 Salesforce Production org

If you are a **consultant** with access to several production orgs, create a separate account for each of your clients.\
If you are a **customer**, a single App account is enough to manage your production org and all your Sandboxes.
{% endhint %}

* Finish by confirming your email

## Connect to Salesforce from the App

Log in with your username and the password you have just set to continue the installation.

## Connect your environments

* Click "Connect my environments"
* Choose "Production" or "Sandbox" depending on the environment where you want to use Gonexa
  * Make sure you connect your Production environment before connecting the Sandboxes of your choice
* Finish the process by entering the username and password of the Salesforce environment

You can confirm that everything is OK by refreshing the administration page: all the indicators should be green.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://university.gonexa.fr/doc/en/getting-started/install-gonexa/create-app-account.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
